The 2nd international biogas fair BioGasWorld will take place in Berlin together with a 3-day International AD symposium on
Dry Fermentation (Day1)
Substrate Treatment (Day2)
Digestate Treatmen (Day3)
The in-depth Biogas Operators & Planners courses are delivered by speakers with many years of practical experience in the German biogas industry plus UK experts.
The biogas expo convinces by the clear focus on the German, French and Swiss biogas market. The biogas expo is conducted in German and French.
La prochaine édition de "biogas - expo & congress" aura lieu les 24 et 25 octobre 2012 au parc expo Offenburg.
IBBK Fachgruppe Biogas offers a 4-day study tour. The participants of the tour will visit planners of biogas plants, manufacturers of components and biogas plants as well as biogas plants with new or ground-breaking concepts or technology in Germany. Program and Registration
This 4-day intensive training is designed to provide plant operators, decision makers and investors with profound specific operators knowledge.

New 2-day UK Biogas Operators Training Course - two full days on 27-28 June. The course is especially relevant for biogas plant operators with the main focus on optimising digester biology and operating parameters. The course is also suitable for those wishing to acquire a deeper knowledge of the biological process in AD. Detailed program and registration
The biogas study tour will lead you to several biogas plants digesting differenet kind of substrates like mais and corn silage, horse or cattle manure and substrates wich are difficult to handle like chicken manure and grass silage. You will see and learn about different technologies like plugflow digester, batch systems, garage digester and lagoon technology. Different ways of using the surplus heat are also seen as different methods of gas upgrading and gas feed-in to the grid.
The upcoming International Biogas Training Course held at the University of Hohenheim will be focused on issues of planning & constructing a biogas plant.
The European Project GasHighWay has been in progress since 2009 with the aim of promoting the uptake of gaseous vehicle fuels as well as the production and upgrading of biogas and using biomethane as vehicle fuel. The objective of the project was to promote the realisation of a network of filling stations for biomethane and natural gas.
After 3 years of productive work, we will present the main achievements of the project, inlcuding the map of existing methane filling stations, reports on the existing infrastructure and a catalogue of best incentives for Natural Gas Vehicles (NGVs).
The international trade fair BiogasWorld will take place every second year at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds together with the traditional SolarEnergy and bautec technology shows. Apart from the domestic German market, BiogasWorld places a special focus on the Eastern European countries from Poland and the Czech Republic to the Baltic States and Russia.
Our training courses provide profound basic knowledge about the process of biogas formation, the principles of designing biogas plants, applied technology and safety aspects. The focus of our training courses is to combine practical experience with theoretical knowledge.

IBBK Fachgruppe Biogas offers a 4-day study tour with focus on various technical solutions by generating biogas from biowaste. The tour is taking place from September 26 - 29, 2011 and starts in Stuttgart.
The international congress aimed at showing the development, state of technology and economy of biogas production worldwide. Practitioners, engineers, scientists and politicians did present and discuss the developments in the fields of process engineering, political/ social frameworks and utilisation of the fermentation products. Exemplary practical experiences confirmed the positive developments in this fast developing field of technology and showed the business possibilities.
